Kimball offers remote sensing solutions through the partnership of the Kimball flight crew and aircraft and our partner’s Mutli-Spectral AMS Scanner. The AMS is equipped with a thermal infrared sensor that collects temperature data at a 1-meter pixel resolution.

Our expertise runs the gamut of project applications including environmental studies, watershed analysis, hazardous waste assessment, identification of fresh water spring water, seeps, and various environmental discharge such as acid mine drainage.

Our in-house capabilities allow us to tailor, format, and deliver the thermal imagery in a number of ways.  Kimball delivers the imagery as a basic TIFF, JPEG, or IMG, or as a comprehensive ESRI Geo-database, complete with existing field data or other geospatially referenced material as it relates to the project.
