Transitioning Military

"As a former United States Air Force Officer, transition into the industry has been seamless with Kimball because of the appreciation the company has for my leadership and management experience, as well as my operational knowledge of the military and strategic thinking ability.  The company core values are the same as those that are internalized by members of the military.  Kimball has a vested interest in the growth and development of its employees and has allowed me to grow and contribute to projects in an unlimited way that has great impact on the direction of the company’s future, something I would not have been able to do if I had chosen to work for a larger company.   The people in the company have shown an eagerness to assist in projects as colleagues and as friends and fellow human beings in general.  All of these factors make me look forward to going to work every day."
